CECRA, the European Council for Motor Trade and Repairs, has announced the appointment of Charles de Marcilly as European Public Affairs manager. Previosuly, de Marcilly was a consultant with ESL & NETWORK (Europe) where he specialized in European public affairs and strategy in order to assist multinational French firms.
