Koen Van Echelpoel will take over from Francois-Xavier Dubois as General Manager of Excellence For Non Profit. Mr. Dubois has decided to spend two years as a volunteer in a Guinean hospital. Mr. Van Echelpoel joined Excellence For Non Profit in August 2007 as Project Manager and recently was responsible for the launch of the Public Consultation on Good Governance in the Belgian association sector.
