ACI EUROPE has recently appointed Vlad Olteanu as Policy Manager for Security. Immediately prior to joining ACI EUROPE, Mr Olteanu spent several years at a prestigious American law firm in their Brussels office, putting his political science and public policy expertise to use on a variety of international regulatory and development projects, in such varied fields as telecommunications, transport, chemicals or micro-electronics. He has also contributed to the representation of the interests of a number of stakeholders in the aviation sector. Mr Olteanu has also been a World-Bank selected expert in the field of international trade law and has represented both public organisations and private companies on WTO-related matters.
