Georgi Gotev , an experienced journalist and former diplomat has been appointed as Senior Editor of EurActiv. Within EurActiv, Georgi has responsibilities for General EU News, EU Enlargement and Foreign Affairs Before joining EurActiv he was spokesperson of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe, the deputy chief editor of Standard Daily in Sofia and a diplomat in the Bulgarian mission to the EU. He has also been in charge of a project to boost Bulgaria ’s image during its EU accession, as Head of the Bulgaria in the EU Press Centre.
