Mr Victor Bassey has been appointed Head of CAAGLOP-IFPD Initiative. Mr Bassey, President and Executive Director of Caaglop, is a lawyer with over fifteen years of experience

in governance, conflict resolution, advocacy and public services. Mr Bassey’s early professional career started in public services and included key positions such as State Auditor for the National Center Party of Nigeria, Senior Special Assistant on Political and Legislative Matters in Bureau for Inter-Governmental and National Assembly Relations, Abuja, Nigeria and Special Adviser on Youth Matters.
