The Brussels-Capital Region, with the European Commission and City of Brussels, have organised an urban design competition, the aim of which is to transform the European Quarter in Brussels into an eco-district.

The winner of the competition will have designed a convivial public space giving priority to non-motorised mobility and public transport, and providing buildings of high environmental quality and architectural value.
