Wim Rasschaert acts as a legal expert to several cabinets and public bodies on different issues of public law. On this occasion, he acted as a member of Patrick Birkinshaw’s legal team on the EUROSPARKS project. His expertise as a member of the editorial committee for several legal journals, as well as his experience in drafting legislation, amongst a wide variety of professional areas recommended him as a wise choice for aiding EUROSPARKS research.
