Baroness Sarah Ludford, MEP (Belgium, ALDE), Member of the Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee. Baroness Ludford has been instrumental in devising and implementing coherent EU wide policy on issues as diverse as migration policy and organised crime. Specialising in issues of human rights and cross-border law enforcement, Baroness Ludford was in the perfect position to comment on the feasibility of implementing EUROSPARKS recommendations.
