Prof. Patrick Birkinshaw is the Research Director at the Law School of the University of Hull. He also took on the role of coordinator of the legal research team for the EUROSPARKS project. He expressed his pleasure at being given the opportunity to tackle fundamental obstacles in the path of European Integration, the like of which are often ignored by lawyers and politicians.
